As Director of Operations, I manage the moving parts that keep our firm thriving—strategy, budgeting, operations, hiring, marketing, and my favorite, planning events that bring our people and clients together.
Relationships are at the heart of what I do. I truly enjoy getting to know the people I work with, and I feel lucky that my job gives me the chance to connect with colleagues and clients on a personal level. There’s nothing better than finding just the right touch—a thoughtful gift, a well‑timed note, a gesture that eases someone’s day or celebrates an important life moment.
I’m also incredibly proud of the team we’ve built. Each person brings talent, compassion, and a genuine commitment to our clients. We hire intentionally, looking for people who share our values and thrive in a collaborative environment. The result is a group that not only works well together but truly enjoys being together. Planning team‑building events for this crew—whether it’s a Segway tour, an escape room, or a bowling night—is always a joy.
Outside of work, I live in Great Falls, Virginia, with my husband, Will, and two cats we adopted during the pandemic, Franklin and Eloise. I love Pilates and tennis, but my real passion is traveling—especially exploring our country’s amazing National Parks and spending time in Europe. Most of all, I cherish our family time in Maine with our two adult children, their spouses, and lifelong friends.
