Phil has been a financial advisor since 2011. He focuses on retirement planning, investment planning, and wealth transfer strategies for individuals and small businesses. He seeks to provide his clients with customized financial solutions while also helping to guide them through a complex financial world. Most importantly, he strives to ensure that his clients can live the life they deserve by helping them achieve their financial goals.

Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and an MBA from Virginia Tech. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is a licensed insurance agent.

Phil is from New York but settled in the DC area and is a current resident of Willowsford, Virginia. He is active with the Alzheimer’s Association of Washington, the American Cancer Society, and is a member of the Washington Building Congress. When he is away from work, golf, sports, and travel are his passions. Phil and his wife Trisha are also the proud parents of two sons, Luca and Tommy.
